Rafael A. Collazo Morales is a REALTOR® with EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville, Florida. His life is a testament to the values and principles he learned from his childhood. Growing up in a family of four in the mountains of Puerto Rico, Rafael was also surrounded by his extended family, which included seven uncles, one aunt, and 21 cousins. His childhood memories are filled with playing with his cousins at his grandfather's farm, where he also learned the important skill of negotiation in the animal industry, buying and selling them, and also trading them. It was here that Rafael learned the importance of helping others reach their dreams, a value that he still holds dear to this day. Rafael continued to help others as a leader in his church and later as a music teacher and facilitator, where he helped hundreds of students reach their dreams. In 2013, Rafael got married to his wife Aura and became a stay-at-home dad to their two sons, Adrian and Adriel. When his wife got a new opportunity in Kings Bay, Georgia, in 2020, Rafael saw it as a chance to pursue his own dreams. After meeting a REALTOR® who became his best friend, Rafael was introduced to the world of real estate. Being Bilingual and with his background in education and his ability to listen and understand others' concerns, Rafael became a trusted real estate agent with EXIT 1 Stop Realty.
